Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery times vary based on location:
    • New Zealand: 2-5 business days

Shipping Rates

  • New Zealand: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at us at customercare@rannz.co.nz.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost items if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
